On Wednesday mornings moms and their babies and toddlers are invited to the church for a time of support and fellowship.  Toys and friends help to entertain the children as moms have a chance (sometimes!) to visit.  During sharing time moms are asked the “high” and “low” of their week.  Sometimes a high is as simple as getting more than three hours of sleep the night before, or as exciting as seeing a toddler take their first steps.  Likewise, lows are sometimes the struggle of potty training, or a difficult time working through single parenting.  Guests are invited to only be as personal as they feel comfortable with.  Also, the moms have agreed that what is said in the group stays in the group. 

Dads and other caregivers are also welcome to attend.  We gather in the multipurpose room between 9:30 – 10:00am and visit from 10:00 – 11:00am.  This group has also been beneficial for organizing things like clothing swaps and play dates.
